The AI Opportunity Audit
The AI Opportunity Audit is a free, AI-assisted assessment tool. It uses artificial intelligence to analyze the information you provide about your business and generate a personalized scorecard with recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, the audit is intended as a starting point for exploration — not as professional consulting advice. Recommendations are based on the information you share during the conversation and general best practices.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information during the audit to the best of your ability. You understand that the quality of your scorecard depends on the quality of the information you share. You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to overload, hack, or reverse-engineer the audit tool.
Intellectual Property
Your scorecard is yours. You may share, print, or distribute your personalized AI Opportunity Scorecard as you see fit. The PlainSpeak AI brand, website design, audit methodology, and underlying technology remain the property of PlainSpeak AI.
Limitation of Liability
The AI Opportunity Audit is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. PlainSpeak AI is not liable for any business decisions made based on audit recommendations. The audit is a tool to help identify potential opportunities — actual results will vary based on implementation, business context, and many other factors.
Consulting Services
If you choose to engage PlainSpeak AI for paid implementation or consulting services, those engagements will be governed by a separate agreement specific to the scope of work. The free audit does not create a consulting relationship or obligation.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
